The
Sugaring-Off Party. Jonathan London.
$15.99 This is a wonderful French Canadian story of a little boy
Paul, who on the eve of his first 'sugaring-off' hears the story
of his Grandmother's first celebration 60 years earlier. Not only
is this a great read but the wonderful illustrations by Quebec artist
Gilles Pelletier are worth the book price. A super book, one of
the best Canadian gifts.
